SEPT 2011: Next in Line!
NEW Executive Leadership Program for Global Talents
LinKS and Wharton Business School in Philadelphia introduces a new Global Executive Program – The LinKS Next in Line Program:
- The Program focuses on the successful manager in her or his late 30’s or early 40’s who has consistently proved through 2-3 management positions that he or she has the potential to attain the top executive level within 5-10 years.
- The program provides a challenge and powerful catalyst for the continued career track precisely at the time when these managers make an assessment of their achievements, learn that they are attractive candidates, become open for new possibilities, and are exposed to the recruitment initiatives of competitors.
- The high level and inspiring content of the program provides development and serves as a pre-emptive strike from pro-active employers who want to secure their investment in their strongest leadership executives.
We have earmarked seats – for LinKS alumni reps or individuals you can recommend in your network to participate in the first prototype program that starts in September.
Program concept
The overall design principle of the program reflects the need to create new business by collaborating in global alliances – a global tendency key to incorporate in business strategy. The program is based on 3 assumptions for designing strategies of the future:
- More for Less for More – the need to grow the business for less resources on a truly global market
- The Edge is the Core – competencies, resources and market knowledge is more disbursed than ever. This requires global companies to restructure and mentally and organizationally and adapt to network based business models and global alliances.
- 20 Hubs – No Headquarters – global growth requires anchoring and co- creation locally to create passion and commitment for customers and employees.
The program foundation represents an increasing necessity of operating on the edge of our competencies, markets and business opportunities leading to a business growth concept where authentic leadership, networks and alliances are vital to maintain global presence and growth.
