Energy: DONG Energy

Solving tomorrow’s energy challenges requires high class innovation potential. At DONG Energy cross divisional knowledge sharing is crucial in order to increase innovative capacity. LinKS supported DONG Energy in mapping relations between innovation projects in order to optimize cross project knowledge sharing and learning across innovation teams. The result was increased project team awareness of access to new knowledge as well as increased knowledge sharing across innovation projects.
