LinKS stands for Leadership in the Knowledge SocietyOur name is our mission; we help our member network of private and public top executives develop their strategic leadership skills to face the challenges of the knowledge society. The company was founded in 1999 when it became apparent for our founding member organisations that top executives were facing new strategic challenges: Growing uncertainty, globalisation, new technology and the individualisation of the workforce. These drivers have created a demand for new insights and skills for the men and women at the helm of knowledge intensive enterprises, private as well as public. LinKS deliver these insights and skills through a process we call sensing and matching. On one side we search for the coming strategic leadership challenges through our member network, our advisory board and our network of thought leaders and business schools. On the other side we match these demands in our unique and evolving programs at some of the world's leading business schools and through our network activities where top executives meet to share ideas and best practices. Each team that joins our carefully constructed programs is handpicked. This means that we match participants to maximise the learning experience.

LinKS Learning Process The personal invitations to the LinKS programs are key in designing the LinKS teams into succesful learning entities. We emphasize the effectiveness in the personal learning process by preparing, coaching, networking and challenging the mindset of each participant. This is combined with the experience of being in a diverse team and still find equal challenges to solve. This, in a global perspective and local context.
LinKS TeamThe LinKS Team is build as a network of competencies and people. In the very early days, Prof. José Santos, INSEAD, gave LinKS an important advice: "Do not build unnecessary structural capital that will hinder your innovation power". And we never did - or do. We work seemlessly with the teams needed to solve exactly the challenge that we face to solve problems, create ambitious solutions or explore new possibilities. When that is said, there are key people and partners with special talent that are closely connected to LinKS. And those are the jewels of the long term development of LinKS. We call this organizational model LinKS collective intelligence.
